If your garden-waste collection is missed

Check the basics. Put the licensed container out from the night before because collections can start at 6am. Wait until after 4pm, then report a miss within 48 hours after checking service changes and presentation.
Use the official reporting route. Reporting windows differ, so follow the live council instructions rather than waiting for the next collection.
